1. Introduction & Service Scope

Welcome to SnapBin. By accessing our platform, booking doorstep pickups, or selling recyclables/e-waste through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SnapBin provides doorstep scrap collection and recycling services across designated service areas in Delhi NCR.

2. Ownership & Lawful Possession of Scrap

By scheduling a pickup or handing over scrap materials (including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, metals, and electronic items), you explicitly declare and confirm that:

• You are the rightful legal owner of the scrap items or hold clear authorized consent to sell and dispose of them.
• None of the items are stolen, encumbered, mortgaged, under disputed ownership, or subject to any legal proceedings.
• SnapBin reserves the full right to decline collection if there is reasonable doubt regarding the lawful origin or ownership of any item.

3. Pricing, Estimation & Weighing

• Market Fluctuations: Rates displayed on our website and scrap calculators represent live indicative valuations. Metal scrap rates fluctuate regularly based on prevailing market conditions.
• Digital Scale Verification: The final payable valuation is strictly determined on-site using certified digital weighing scales and physical inspection of appliances.
• Inspection of Whole Appliances: Appliance valuations (such as ACs, Fridges, and Washing Machines) assume essential functional scrap components (compressors, copper coils, motors) are present and complete.

4. Pickup Scheduling & Cancellations

We make all reasonable efforts to fulfill pickups during your chosen time slot. However, scheduling adjustments may occur due to local traffic, weather conditions, or route logistics. Both the customer and SnapBin reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking prior to inspection without any cancellation fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is disbursed on the spot immediately after weighing and verifying items. Settlements are completed via instant digital payment modes (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or cash. Once payment is handed over and scrap is loaded onto our vehicle, the transaction is finalized and non-reversible.

6. Environmental Compliance & Recycling

All items collected by SnapBin are channeled to authorized recycling partners and processing facilities in strict accordance with relevant solid waste and e-waste management regulations. Sold scrap materials cannot be reclaimed once dispatched.
